Elder Uchtdorf has given some great messages on missionary work recently. An article from the August 2019 Church Blog gives some great tips on how to make sharing the gospel more normal and natural. Most importantly, this should make our gospel sharing more frequent.

2. Fill your heart with love for others
3. Strive to walk the path of discipleship
4. Share what is in your heart
5. Trust the Lord to work His miracles

I most loved this part:

"Understand that it’s not your job to convert people. That is the role of the Holy Ghost. Your role is to share what is in your heart and to live consistent with your beliefs."

I think we often put a lot of pressure on ourselves to win converts, when we're not actually the ones who do that. Our job is to constantly invite with love.
